Kosciusko County Market Stats

The market remains strong and is holding steady!
Compared to this time last year, the median sales price is up 8.9%.
New listings and closed sales are also up in the past three month period.
However, year over year new listings are down 13.4%,
closed sales are the same, and the median sales price is up 11.4%.
